Karen Hughes is currently the Global Vice Chair of Burson-Marsteller. Previously she has served as Under Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy, Counselor to President
George W. Bush from 2001 to 2002, and managed the White House Offices of Communications, Media Affairs, Speechwriting and Press Secretary. She is a past Executive Director of the Republican Party of Texas and a former television news reporter for the NBC affiliate in Dallas/Fort Worth.

Susie is an organization consultant at McKinsey & Company's San Francisco office and best-selling author of the “How Remarkable Women Lead: The Breakthrough Model for Work and Life”. As
part of the McKinsey Centered Leadership Project, Susie led a team that completed the research for the Centered Leadership model and made remarkable discoveries about drives and sustains successful women leaders.

As the field correspondent for The Oprah Winfrey Show and contributor to ABCNews and National Geographic's Explorer, Lisa Ling has reported from dozens of countries: covering stories about gang rape in the Congo,
bride burning in India and the Lord's Resistance Army in Uganda, among other issues that are too often ignored. She is a special correspondent for CNN's Planet in Peril series and contributing editor for USA Today's USA Weekend magazine.
